Nana has always had an interest in health and fitness, which led him to research, study, and ultimately become a personal trainer. He has been a certified personal trainer for 15 years and has experience working with all age groups, fitness levels, and any physical limitations. He specializes in both one-on-one and group training as well as body weight training and conditioning. His most excellent satisfaction comes from helping people reach their health & fitness goals. In his spare time, Nana loves to play soccer, which he has been doing since college. And now enjoys watching both basketball and football.
