Seth Bohlander is an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer with 15 years of professional experience helping clients transform their bodies, improve athletic performance, and elevate long-term wellness. His training style blends science-based programming, motivational coaching, and individualized progression — making fitness both sustainable and empowering.

 

Seth specializes in working with clients of all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced lifters, and has extensive background in both fat loss and muscle building periodization. In addition to physique coaching, Seth has also served as an athletic trainer for competitive sports clubs, implementing performance-based methods focusing on agility, explosive power, speed mechanics, and functional athletic development.
